Why did you decide to partner with TopTrainer?
We have been through many supplement companies in the past. When I first met TopTrainer team I knew they weren’t only invested in the product but the people they serve as well. Myself, coaches, and members tried the supplements out for 2 months before we decided to move forward with TopTrainer. Since then I’m grateful for the personal service and attention to details by TopTrainer.
How do you introduce TopTrainer products to your members?
I’m not the typical owner. I listen to my members and ask them the right question. When a member buys the product if they don’t like it I will either give them a full refund or let them switch it out for another product. This is how much I believe in the product. To this day, I’ve never had to refund anyone for a TopTrainer product.
What is your single best sales tip?
Be confident in what you’re providing your members. If you don’t believe in the product, then why should your members. You can always judge your products based off returning customers.
What else can you tell club owners about the benefits of working with Top Trainer?
Top Trainer not only helps members reach their full potential, it also helps trainers with another source of income. Ever since switching to TopTrainer we have increased our supplement sales dramatically. Not only does that mean increase revenue, but happier and healthier members.
