What is the difference between a Trainer and Member profile?
Trainers are publicly listed on the “Find a Trainer” page, whereas a Member’s profile is private where they can message personal trainers on our Find a Trainer feature.
Do I need to register on TopTrainer in order to contact a Trainer?
Yes, it’s a quick and easy registration that allows you to message and connect to our trainers.
I just created an account, why can't I log into my profile?
You are required to click an activation link in order to access your profile. This was sent to you when you signed up. If you did not receive it, please check your Spam/Junk Folder.
I forgot my username and password?
Go to the Register/Login page and click “Lost your password” in the User Login section. You will then receive an email with directions to reset your password.
Can I be a Top Trainer Affiliate?

When do I get paid?
Our scheduled payouts are on the 5th of every month. It is linked directly to your debit card. You can edit your payout settings under the “settings” tab in your affiliate area on your profile.
