BIG FAN OF THIS BCAA
I had been looking for a quality BCAA to help get me through some tough workouts and assist with the recovery as well. I did a search online for the top rated products and compared the “best of” to find which one would work best for me. Since I have added this to my routine the last 2 weeks I can already feel and see some changes. I am a bit leaner and definitely recover more quickly from my workouts. I primarily do HIIT format as I want to gain lean mass, strength and increase my cardio capabilities. The green apple taste is very good, once mixed the powder is not chalky or pasty.
