6 Deliciously Slimming Smoothies
No matter what your busy schedule looks like for the day, you most likely want to eat delicious and filling meals. Luckily, smoothies can be prepared in mere minutes and are absolutely delicious whether it’s fall, winter, spring or summer. Smoothies make a great breakfast or post workout snack and can provide many nutritional benefits with the inclusion of nutrient-dense ingredients, protein powder and even extracts! They are also an excellent source of fiber, as the majority of the meal consists nutrient-dense fruits and even some veggies!
Here are six healthy smoothie recipes you can make in a few seconds and take with you wherever you’re headed!
1. PB & J Banana Smoothie
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 banana
1 T peanut butter
½ cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup almond milk
1 cup ice
Additional water for consistency
Blend & enjoy!
2. Key Lime Pie Shake
½ scoop vanilla protein powder
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh spinach (for green color and additional nutrients)
Juice of 1 lime
1 packet Stevia
1 cup milk of choice
1 cup ice
Blend & devour!
3. Mint Chocolate Chip Shake
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 cup spinach
½ avocado
½ tsp mint extract
1 cup ice
1 cup milk of choice
Blend & savor!
4. Pina Colada Smoothie
½ scoop vanilla protein powder
½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or pineapple)
½ cup fresh pineapple
½ banana
2 tsp Omega Swirl Fish Oil in Pina Colada
¼ tsp rum extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 packet stevia
1 cup almond milk
1 cup ice

5. Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie
1 scoop strawberries and cream protein powder
1 cup fresh strawberries
2 T sugar-free cheesecake Jell-O pudding mix
1 packet stevia or 1 T honey
1 cup choice of milk
1 cup ice
½ tsp xanthan gum (thickens the shake!)
Optional toppings- graham cracker crumbs!

1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
1 banana
½ bunch of kale
2 cups spinach
1 tsp spirulina
1 cup choice of milk
1 cup ice
