Shipping policy

    TURNAROUND

    All orders are shipped same day or no later than 3 working days of receipt Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. Orders received between 4pm to 5pm on Friday are due for processing by the following Monday excluding holidays.

    CARRIER

    We use UPS or USPS (Secured) to deliver our orders.

    ORDER TRACKING

    All order tracking #’s are emailed to the customer.

    SHIPPING RATES

    Flat rate of shipping is $9.99 on all order under $100. All orders over $100 is Free.

    Wholesale Orders: Rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Free shipping on orders over $1,000.

    BACK ORDER

    If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling.
