    Kills my cravings

    I've been a snacker my whole life and I know that's what made me gain weight and prevents me from losing weight. I just started this product a week ago and like it so far, can tell it's helping me.

    L-Carnitine is an amino acid that aids in metabolism and cellular function. Because your body can make it on its own, it is considered a nonessential amino acid. However, your body makes it by synthesizing it from two essential amino acids, methionine and lysine, which your body can’t make on its own and must be consumed from food or supplements.
